Spiritual journey to me is not tied to any specific religion. It is the path of coming home, it’s the process of remembering who I really am beyond my physical presentation. For a big part of my life, I forgot and disconnected from my true essence, I was unhappy and felt lost trying so hard to achieve what the society considered “successful.” In 2012, my older sister connected me with a Theta Healing practitioner and I had my very first energy healing session. Although I was very skeptical, I was intrigued. 
 
At that time I didn’t think I needed any healing, I just got married and had a stable corporate career working my way up the ladder. Life was good, so I thought. Through the Theta Healing session, I felt my soul finally had a way for me to hear its yearning. Before that point I was too disconnected and stubborn to hear my soul speaking to me. That was the beginning of me consciously reconnecting with the non-physical part of me. As I booked more sessions, my life started to shift. I realized what I worked so hard achieving was not what I truly wanted. Rather, my life at that time was based on what I thought I “should” have or do from all the societal, family, and cultural programming. My heart deeply desired freedom to create a joyful life that is based on my own truth. 
 
The pain of holding on to what no longer works for me was greater than the fear of the unknown. I eventually left my corporate job and started a brand new adventure that is in alignment with my soul path. A path that feels good in my body and brings joy to my heart. 
 
My own spiritual journey led me to build an energy intuitive practice. I feel great fulfillment and joy when I get to use my unique spiritual gifts to help others to reconnect with their true essence and guide them to create a soul aligning path.
